Ed often represents insurance companies on their own behalf and on behalf of their insured entities. Among other litigation, he has represented clients in disputes involving investments in life insurance policies (involving multiple lawsuits in different jurisdictions), in disputes concerning accounting practices, and in professional liability litigation. He has substantial experience in complex disputes, including litigation over the application of the attorney client privilege, and has represented clients in class action litigation involving various subject matter areas. Ed has represented a variety of environmental and community groups in matters concerning real estate developments in New York City.
